This year marks the second time the soap bubble day was organised on Margaret Island. The event made a joyful afternoon for all participants.
Now the number of produced Canon lenses is really over 90 million. In August 2012 I only wrote this number as a typo in May 2013 I do it based on facts. By February 2014 they made the 70th million EOS camera too. The rest of my writing is still to the point.
A funny promotion present from Nikon. Sweets with a wrapping that says I’m Sweet – that goes perfectly to the I am Nikon campaign of theirs. And it is in deed really sweet!
Yesterday was the very first time I phtoographed fireworks from the top of hill Gellert. During the years before Citadelle was closed for health and safety. The former fortress on the top of the hill has been the main site where rockets were fired from. Usually all the surrounding area was off limits for viewers. Not so this year as the rockets this time were fired from boats on river Danube. This let me try a new perspective from the hill top during fireworks.
With the populartiy of smartphones and tablets the phenomenon of vertical videos also spreads faster and faster. All of our systems handle videos horizontally – only a few users are exceptions. Do to prevent this: watch this video – it is really worth!
I just found my Metapay card from last year’s Sziget Festival. I’m curious if it’s still working.
One may find it hard to guess which day is the first of Sziget Festival.
There is a strange resident in the swimming pool of the London Olympics. It doesn’t only watch competition in the water from a close up view, but it broadcasts underwater images live. More than that it adds really funny comments to the spectacularly looking competitions.
