I don’t like to praise my photos but some times maybe posts like this won’t hurt you on my blog. Today morning I discovered the surprise that my photo was choosen as THE Picture of the Day. However to align the topic I could say it is choosen as Best in Show.
I spent last weekend in the rowing centre at Maty-Er near Szeged, photographing the kayak-canoe world cup. This is where I wandered around during that weekend.
Last week’s edition of the German Stern Magazine have published one of my photos taken at the last Critical Mass bicycle procession on two pages. Not a big thing but still feels good t see it in a large print – and it also looks good!
This friday got quite busy for me, I had to do some other works not just the Ice Hockey World Championsips, so I had a bit of a rush around the city.

The server running my blog appeared to have had some sort of malfunction in recent days. Thankfully the technical error was overcome. Unfortunately at the moment the server is running a bit slower than usual – but at least it’s working and is still faster than the defunct controller was allowing to be. Credit and thanks are due to the specialists who were able to solve the problem quickly even without the right parts at hand.
