You however take it as a reminder to always be on alert for your gear to never suffer similar losses!

As it could be expected, after a few days of active workout (daily 14-16 hours almost without any break) of weight camera lifting I have my muscles in shape – not as good a shape as on the picture here. This one was taken at a body building competition.
