This time it is not as comprehensive a list as I made in the case of the photography documentaries. It is rather just a short selection of my favourite feature movies. A similar one I made about movies inspiring photographers. Some of them I already wrote about here on my blog (at least on the Hungarian version) while others I didn’t mention yet.
I met more of these lists on the web. I even wrote some of them and probably I will do so in the future too. This time I don’t want to list movies or documentaries about photographers. I rather try to collect some of the movies whose visual wold, picture style or other visual solutions can inspire photographers.
Finally the popular nature documentary Sharks in My Viewfinder about Hungarian scuba photographer Daniel Selmeczi can be watched online. Watch it and support the creators to be able to make lots of other similar movies!

When I write this post TV airs again the movie about the background of one of the most memorable photos of the history (not only military history) of the US. The title is none other than Flag of our Fathers. The battle at Iwo Jima on the Pacific war scenes of World War II shot with the eye of the special director Clint Eastwood.
